What are the technical requirements to install JUMP into DESIGN®?

We have created JUMP into DESIGN® so that the greatest number of people can use it, hence the technical requirements for its installation are the least demanding in the market for this type of software. In detail:

Minimum system requirements:

  • PC
  • Windows 10 64-bits Operating System
  • 8GB RAM
  • 5th generation Intel I5 processor (2015) minimum
  • At least 5GB of free disk space
  • Any web browser

Recommended system requirements:

  • PC
  • Windows 10 64-bits Operating System
  • 8GB RAM
  • Intel I7 Processor
  • Dedicated graphics card with at least 3GB of RAM compatible with DirectX 11
  • 10GB of free disk space
  • Any web browser

How do I install JUMP into DESIGN® on my PC?

Open and download the Installation Guide.

Do I need to sign into jumpintodesign.com every time I want to use JUMP into DESIGN®?

You don’t need to enter the website if you are going to continue to work on previous designs or if you are going to create a new design of an existing project.

You only need to enter the website to do the following:

  • Change your payment plan
  • Edit user information
  • Review your invoices
  • Download JUMP into DESIGN updates®
  • Create a new project

Can I use JUMP into DESIGN® if I don't have an internet connection?

You can’t because your account information and your projects are stored securely in the cloud.

Does JUMP into DESIGN® work on my Mac?

At this time JUMP into DESIGN® is not a native programme on Mac given that it requires Windows Operating System.

Why is there a difference between the prices on the jumpintodesign.com website and the amount charged?

The prices on the website do not include VAT (as indicated in each payment plan), while the amount charged includes VAT. The total amount charged is detailed in the invoice.
